Promo Duration: Aug 1 – Sep 30, 2023

Promo Mechanics:

1. 1) Get a chance to win tickets for two (2) in the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi on November 24-26, 2023 worth Php 76,000 including roundtrip airfare for two (2) worth Php 100,000 for any purchase from the Ray-Ban Ferrari Collection.
   1. Customer is qualified for one (1) e-raffle ticket when they purchase any eyewear from the Ray-Ban Ferrari collection worth Php 12,990 to Php 28,990
2. Promo is valid from August 1 – September 30, 2023. Deadline for registration to earn e-raffle entry is until September 30, 2023.
3. To qualify for the e-raffle, customer must register and complete the online form with their correct details. Customer can scan the QR code or go to the link: https://hobli.com.ph/pages/register-f1 and fill out the required information:
   1. Complete name
   2. Age (customer must be at least 18 years of age)
   3. Birthday
   4. E-mail address
   5. Home Address
   6. Contact number
   7. Name of Sales Associate who assisted the customer
   8. Store where Ray-Ban eyewear was purchased – Vision Express / Eye Society / SM
   9. Branch where Ray-Ban eyewear was purchased
   10. Date of purchase
   11. Receipt no.
4. Only one (1) winner will be chosen to win two (2) Formula 1 tickets including roundtrip airfare only. Accommodation and other expenses or allowances will be shouldered by the winner.
5. Promo raffle draw is on October 5, 2023 and will be witnessed by a DTI Representative.
6. Winner will be notified via registered email, SMS, and their name will be posted at https://hobli.com.ph/pages/register-f1
7. Promo prize is transferable but not convertible to cash.
8. Official winner will need to present 1 valid ID and confirm the name, phone number, home address, and email address to be used for when HOBLI purchase their prize.
9. Tickets will be purchased by HOBLI within 3 days after winner confirm their details.
10. The following will be shouldered by HOBLI, Inc.
    1. Purchasing of two (2) Tickets for the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on November 24-26, 2023
    2. Purchasing of two (2) Roundtrip Economy Airfare at Etihad Airways
          i) November 23, 2023 from Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Abu Dhabi International Airport (exact time will be discussed with the winner upon purchase)
          ii) November 27, 2023 from Abu Dhabi International Airport to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (exact time will be discussed with the winner upon purchase)
          iii) Ticket price increase will be shouldered by HOBLI
    3. Delivery fee of tickets to any Philippine location by October 12, 2023.
    4. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the HOBLI.
11. Promo is valid in:
    1. All SM Department Stores
    2. 11 Vision Express Stores – Ayala Alabang Town Center, SM Megamall, Trinoma, SM Davao, Ayala U.P. Town Center, SM Mall of Asia, Ayala Greenbelt Kiosk, Ayala Greenbelt Store, Ayala Vertis North, Glorietta 2, and SM North Edsa.
    3. 4 Eye Society Stores – Adora, SM Aura, City of Dreams, Okada
    4. 4 Rustan’s Department Stores – Ayala Cebu, Shangrila, Makati, and Ayala Alabang Town Center.
12. All employees of HOBLI, Inc. including their partners and affiliates, their ad agency, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
