Terms and Condition

By providing my personal data and submitting this form, I consent Branded Lifestyle Inc., their agents and their authorized service providers collecting through manual, physical, electronic or automated means, using, disclosing and/or processing my personal data, in order to process and/or respond to my request, query, feedback or comments.

I consent to the use and disclosure of my personal data for the purpose of helping the Branded Lifestyle Inc. review and improve its products and services (including conducting market research and data analytics).

I consent to receive information about Branded Lifestyle Inc. products and services, promotional offers, contests, newsletters or other activities that may be of interest to me. I understand that Branded Lifestyle Inc. will respect my wishes if I elect not to receive future correspondence about these activities. With each communication I receive, I will have the opportunity to indicate if I do not want to receive future communications.

 

Exchange Policy:

  1. Item/s can only be EXCHANGED, no REFUND
  1. NO RECEIPT. NO EXCHANGE.
  2. The request for exchange of purchased items shall be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
  3. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item. 
  4. The product must be unused.
  5. The product must be in its original state and packaging with the original tags attached.
  1. Items must be exchanged with BLI ITEMS ONLY
  2. Inter branch exchange transaction is NOT allowed

  

Returned products are inspected by our authorized personnel. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully replace any defective products.If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.

We do not replace products:

  • Obtained from a source other than Branded Lifestyle Inc.
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (used for eyes and on face only)
